These terms apply to services provided by Cool Tech Comfort Inc. ("we", "us") and to the use of cooltechcomfort.ca. By booking a service or using this website, you agree to them.
We provide flat, upfront quotes before work begins, and work starts only after you approve the quote. Estimates for new system installations are free and carry no obligation. A quote covers the work described in it; if additional problems are found once work is underway, we tell you and get your approval before doing anything more.
The $0 service call offer means the diagnostic fee is waived when we complete the repair. Advertised offers and prices (such as tune-up pricing) can change or end without notice; the price you approve on your quote is the one that applies to your job.
Same-day appointments are subject to availability. Emergency service is available 24/7 for heating, cooling and commercial refrigeration breakdowns. If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please call us as early as you can.
Payment is due on completion of the work unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
Where government rebate programs apply (such as Ontario's Home Renovation Savings Program), eligibility and amounts are determined by the program's own rules, not by us. We will give you our honest read on what your home qualifies for, but the program administrator's decision is final.
Equipment we install is covered by the manufacturer's warranty as provided by the manufacturer. Ask us for the warranty details that apply to your specific equipment before installation.
